The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• All Ironman Dual Sport, Ride, Events, and Tours are non competitive recreational Club rides. And are only available to registered members of the Ironman Dual Sport Riders Club. All riders or participants in any manner must sign a full waiver and release of liability before participating in any Club ride. All ride routes, tracks, maps, directions, etc. may have dangerous obstacles and conditions, may cross closed or private lands that are not clearly marked. It is the rider’s responsibility to ride only portions of the routes, tracks, etc. that are safe for their skill level and legal for motorized travel. All ride fees, expenses, deposits, etc. paid to Ironman Dual Sport are non refundable.
